Where to begin? We are emotional typing this. What you do is so much more than arranging contracts and running events, it is truly creating the most real form of magic there is on earth: love, come to life. 

From listening closely to what we were looking for and what was important to us, to walking through every. single. detail. of multiple venues with us that we ultimately didn't pick, to arranging a once-in-a-lifetime trip on its own for us in the summer of 2024, to helping us evaluate vendors of all shapes and sizes, to helping us navigate tricky conversations with vendors to arrive at what we were hoping to have, to precisely understanding our vision for how our wedding week would look, sound, and feel, to coming up with ingenious and chic stylistic choices, to paying acute attention to all of our guests' needs, all while dealing with our pain-in-the-ass email response times, indecision, and last minute ideas, there just aren't words enough to express our gratitude, but we will try. 

We have been overwhelmed in the months following our wedding with gratitude for all you and your team did. We have received countless compliments from our friends and family on the entire experience of our wedding, and that is largely thanks to you and your team. We have heard the phrase "the best week of my life" in almost every response from every guest. That is not hyperbole. We've even heard from people who weren't there and just saw pictures that they said it looked like the most fun of all time. Everything was not only seamless but spectacular, and far exceeded our expectations on every front.

One thing we were so strongly struck by in the days after our wedding was the fact that you went on to make another one happen immediately after ours. Genuinely, a shock to us. Your level of attention to us was so complete that it actually didn't occur to us let alone feel like there were weddings you were planning after (or before) ours. You made it feel like we were the only couple you were working with, and we are so entirely appreciative of your efforts to make us feel that way. 

In the same vein, we still can't get over what a completely hands-free experience it was for us. All we did was bring the paper goods and the pool floats! From our arrival the weekend before to the morning after our wedding, everything felt like a dreamy easy breeze. On our wedding day we woke up sleepy, hungover, happy, and excited, but not suddenly being asked where plates should go or could we help bring something down to the lawn (though we would have readily helped if asked!!). That is such a gift. The entire set-up, seemingly by magic, appeared as the sun rose. But we know, very, very much so, that it is not by magic. It is only by the hard-working efforts of your team, and the vendors, and the many last-minute players who come to help. And just as quickly as it all arrived and was set up and was perfect, it disappeared into the night as we went to the after party, without so much as a thought about what we were supposed to do with the napkins. I can't tell you how much I appreciate how much work that takes and the level of ease you deliver by doing it - being a Chief of Staff, I'm typically the first person in on an event and the last person to leave, and it was a luxury to be able to enjoy our wedding hands-free with such a fantastic team like yours. I recently planned a week of 15 hour days of events for our 80 employees on a company offsite to Brazil, and I needed weeks to recover. You and your team make that happen every week when you're in wedding season. Just phenomenal, and we truly commend you for delivering that over and over again. 

Thank you for making the last minute design details happen - my dad is still talking about how cool the printed dance floor was. I'm still thinking about how perfect the lights in the umbrellas looked. Guests are still talking about the tables and the flowers. I knew I had things I liked and was particular about, but I couldn't for the life of me make those things come together in my head, and you did that. The umbrellas were genius and unique, and it defined the entire look and feel of the reception. Your taste is truly exquisite, and I still to this day wouldn't change a single, solitary thing (other than maybe asking the band to play for 8 hours). 

Speaking of bands, thank you for helping to make our dreams become a reality - I am still emotional the SECOND I talk about the marching band. The memory of coming down the aisle and hearing that from afar was something straight out of a movie, and I will never, ever forget it. Thank you for coordinating that and making a theater girl's dreams come true in ways I never imagined (Chris you get some credit too). 

The evening before the wedding was flawless and full of surprises. From the cheese making stations to the stunning flower arrangements (our compliments to Angelica!), we were astounded at the whimsical, romantic beauty of it all. Though nothing astounded us as much as that drive-in entrance - Chris was momentarily traumatized. I was high on attention. We both felt happily overwhelmed by love and the scene around us, something that we felt throughout the entire week. 

Thank you for your support with all of our guests, and for going the extra mile to help them with travel coordination, recommendations, and so much more. They really noticed and have brought it up to us multiple times. My mom always mentions how helpful you both were in the same breath of describing how fun our wedding was. That level of service is not typical of American planners, and it is not lost on us how much extra effort that takes, and how closely you have to track all of those details. Thank you for blowing up the pool floats, refilling the match boxes, getting the gift bags ready, doing all those tedious little tasks that make an impactful difference to the experience. Thank you for the big things too - helping us plan two restaurant buyouts and one hotel buyout, and for making the best beach day of all time a seamless, lively, bigger than life experience (even the boat crashing just added a little fun drama, though I don't think the boat captain saw it that way). Our parents had an absolute ball, bolstered by half the Limoncello in all of Italy. Thank you for arranging good weather for us, we're certain you had something to do with that.
